SMTP: mail.substorm.com
Username: youremail@yourdomain.ext

Web Console (web-based email) :

There are significant changes with the web console. It looks and acts more like Outlook.

To access the Web Console visit: http://imail.substorm.com or click on the link to the bottom left corner of this website.

Log in with your full email address and password.

The first time you access the Web Console, you will be asked to specify your Time Zone. (See Image Below). Select your time zone from the dropdown menu and then click Save in the upper-left corner.

You will then be re-directed to the Today Screen which is the default screen.

From this point you will be presented with different options depending on what type of E-Mail Account you have.
